Our Products

Liquid Oxygen PumpHorizontal Single acting pump with piston rings safety devices, non - return valves, motor with pulley, V - belts, Belts - Guard, Inter connecting pipes with ASU suitable for filling Oxygen/ Nitrogen/ Argon into cylinders up to a pressure of 165 kg/cm2. The pump is designed to work by pumping Liquid Oxygen/ Nitrogen/ Argon and classifying the same in heat exchanges for final filling into gas cylinders.

Liquid Oxygen Pump

This is a vertical acting reciprocating type engine. This produces the cold required for operating the plant. The high pressure air enters through inlet valves at the start of downward motion, the inlet valve closes and entrapped air expands. During upward stroke, outlet valve remains open and inlet valves remain closed.In downward stroke air enters the cylinders & expands. In the upward stroke the expanded air is pushed outside. The electric motor is used initially to start the machine. There after, the engine is moved by the air pressure itself and during which time, the engine motor retains the speed by action as a brake.

Expansion Engine

The CO, Plant and Equipments are based the latest technology. The plants are designed as fully automatic/ semi - automatic, user friendly and easier to operate and maintain. They produce high purity food grade CO2 as per International Standards.We provide services from basis design engineering, foundation details, supplying, installation, commissioning and also training of the operators, for trouble free operation of the system.Our CO2 production plants are mostly based on diesel, kerosene or natural gas fuels (dual firing burner) and also from stack gages of steam boilers, power plants and gas engineers.Our CO2 recovery plants are for breweries and distilleries, using the closed fermentation process and are also for the fertilizer plants and underground reservoirs. Our CO2 recovery of otherwise waste but valuable CO2.The storage and transportation tanks are with PUF/ Vacuum and insulation, with or without refrigeration, designed as per latest international standards. ISO Containers.Cylinder filling system are efficiently designed and easy to use with the digital weighing scale, automatic cut - off and safety, etc. CO2 Liquid Transfer pump and Vaporisers are also offered.
